I joined Avon in July of 2005 – celebrating my 17 year Anniversary with Avon Team Envision in 2022. I am a happy & blessed wife & mom of 4. But I was desperately searching for a way to create a stream of supplemental income while staying at home with our young children. Little did I know, this small opportunity would be the start of an amazing Avon career!

I Host the Avon Podcast alongside my husband & business partner, Matt. Our series offers Tips & Tricks for Avon Reps or those in the direct sales or network marketing industry. We cover a wide variety of on trend topics from Beauty to Business within our Brand Space. And we always have fun stories to share.

All year long, Avon has been celebrating our legacy of over 135 years! To highlight just how much our Representatives mean to us, they featured eight goal-crushing Representatives in The Edit back in Campaign 23. These Avon Representative Stories are proof that with hard work and dedication, you can achieve anything. We come from all walks of life and have built successful businesses. In the Avon Edit feature, we shared what makes our lives beautiful and give the scoop on our most-loved beauty products. These Representatives embody what Avon represents and are all a part of the Best Beauty Story Ever Told: our story.
We were brought to New York City to participate in a photo shoot. The result now helps tell the true story of Avon: the best beauty story ever told. The beauty story of Avon’s valued representatives and the lives they help make more beautiful because they sell Avon.
Avon Guiding Spirit Honoree
Last year, I was awarded the Avon Guiding Spirit. Such an incredible honor and I’m so humbled and grateful to represent Avon Nation in this way! The Avon Guiding Spirit Award is an award that is not earned with sales or through recruiting, but by living by example; mentoring and inspiring team members, as well as the entire Avon community, to higher levels of success.

I achieved a career highlight as #1 in the Nation for Team Growth & #9 for Team Sales Increase last year, (earning a $5,000 bonus)! I had an exciting & successful year preciously as #4 in the Nation for Personal Leader Development, #16 for Team Growth, and #18 for Team Sales Increase (earning a Free Luxury Trip to Maui). And believe it or not I am working on another Top Spot this year — leading one of the Fastest Growing Avon Teams in the Nation! It’s so surreal to me sometimes! I never dreamed this would be my life! I am so blessed!

I collaborate with my successful Team of Leaders, some of which are Nationally Ranked themselves, from all over the country. They inspire me every single day to DO better and BE better than I was the day before! Together, we teach & partner with Representatives around the Nation to run a successful Avon business. This group of women that lead with me are now some of my closest friends. We often say to each other, “This is the sisterhood we never knew we were missing!”
What took me 17 years to achieve has come with ups and downs, highs and lows. I’ve learned what works & what doesn’t. I wasted so many years doing it wrong! So my ultimate goal is to teach my team how to be successful in this business – faster than I was ever able to. And with the right leadership – this is possible. Leadership that is focused on teaching each rep how to make the most of this business for herself & supporting each team members efforts! I will never say “No” when it comes to supporting my girls on Team Envision! They are the reason I am where I am today! If you’ve ever heard me speak, you’ve probably heard me say, “If I can teach my representatives how to make the amount of money she ‘needs’ to make for her family… why would she ever leave Avon!” Learning how to be a Great Avon Mentor & Upline Leader is key to their success and yours!
Collaboration with an Avon Team
But collaboration isn’t just reserved for Avon Team Envision. I love to collaborate with other Representatives from across the Avon Nation. I share my experience & knowledge with ALL Avon Reps in Timeless Beauty Lessons, a support group on Facebook for Avon Reps. This is where you’ll find me spending a lot of my time on social. This educational group was founded by one of my downline leaders, Silver Leader, Jennifer Francis. (ps. your’e invited to join)
