1. Apply directly to pulse points, such as wrists, neck, temples, base of skull and bottom of feet.
2. Add a few drops to a warm bath.
3. Mix a few drops into body lotion.
4. Add to a room diffuser (10-20 drops or to your liking).
More Ways to Use:
Room & Fabric Refresher Spray DIY
You’ll need: a glass spray bottle, witch hazel, distilled water, Avon Aromatherapy Essential Oils Blends
Directions: Pour witch hazel filling 1/4 of your bottle, Choose your preferred Avon Essential Oils Blend and add desired number of drops to your spray bottle, fill remainder of spray bottle with distilled water
Foaming Hand Soap DIY
You’ll need: 2/3 c Castille Soap, 1 tsp Vit E oil, 1 tsp Witch Hazel, 1 + 1/2 c Distilled Water, 10 drops (or desired amount) of an Essential Oil Blends
Directions: Pour Castille Soap (removes germs, bacteria, dirt & grease from hands), add Vit E Oil (for it’s moisturizing & healing benefits), add desired Avon Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blend, add water (slowly – this will prevent too many bubbles). Then screw lid tight then gently shake to mix.
Roller Bottle Blended with Avon’s Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blends
You’ll need: glass roller bottle, carrier oil (fractioned coconut oil, olive oil, etc), Avon’s Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blends
Directions: add desired Avon Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blend drops to your glass roller bottle, fill remainder of the bottle with your preferred carrier oil, top with roller ball cap.
Dryer Ball infused with Avon Aromatherapy Essential Oils Blends
Add a few drops of Avon Essential Oils onto your dryer balls before popping them into the dryer for a fresh scent in your clean laundry.
